Step One:

Call us at 631-605-7101
to speak with one of our service coordinators.
Inform us of the property location, contact information, the nature of the issue.

Step Two:

The property manager/owner then schedules us to:
Perform a preliminary site walk through report
Or request an immediately repair.

Step Three:

The property manager/owner will receive an invoice for the completed service(s) performed within 5-7 business days (depending on the property location) following service.
