STATE-OF-THE-ART PRE-ENGINEERED AIR FREIGHT LOGISTICS FACILITY
BUILT NEAR JFK AIRPORT

Located in Queens, NY near John F. Kennedy International Airport, JEM completed this brand new air cargo warehouse which is home to many freight forwarder companies. This development was built from the ground up, from foundation to standing seam roof.

There are four units on this property ranging from 23,420 to 42,438 sqft. It features high ceilings stretching up to 28 feet, a variety of custom designed office spaces, large rooftop solar panel system, wide column spacing and an abundance of drive-through garage doors. This warehouse truly is a state-of-the-art facility for freight forwarders.
